1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Estoremart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Buyer and seller accounts are subject to the same core terms, with additional seller obligations below.
3. Buying on Estoremart
Purchases grant you a license (Regular or Extended, as selected at checkout) to use the product according to its listed terms. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated on the product page.
4. Selling on Estoremart
Sellers must own the rights to, or have proper licensing for, everything they list. Listings are reviewed before publishing and may be removed if they violate these terms or contain malicious code.
5. Payments & Payouts
Estoremart supports Crypto, PayPal, and offline bank transfer for checkout, subject to which methods an administrator has enabled at any given time. Seller payouts follow the commission rate of their current plan and are processed through the payout method they select.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product and circumstances (e.g. non-functioning code, items materially different from their listing). Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not upload malware, stolen code, or content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property. Violations may result in listing removal and account suspension.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Estoremart after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
